We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. REFUNDS & RETURNS
We can’t offer you a refund, ONLY Exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order I will be happy to assist you.
To be eligible for an Exchange your item must be returned for Exchange unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
All of ByParisie Jewelry are "Made to Order" goods which can not be fully refunded as provided by applicable EU law.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an ex change. We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed with the Exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

• The best way to store jewelry is to place each piece in its own plastic bag to prevent oxidation.
• You may also safely store your jewels in a closed jewelry box.
•Be mindful of delicate pieces with intricate finish detail, which should be stored flat to prevent bent or broken connectors and scratched crystals.

• Storing plated jewelry •
Avoid storing your jewelry in moist environments, like your bathroom. It is best to store them in dry and shady places like a drawer, or a jewelry box where they are not exposed to the open air or moisture as these can cause the jewelry to change color (oxidation), darken or fade out. Storing them correctly will lengthen their life span and assure your jewelry lasts longer.
• Wearing plated jewelry •
If you intend on wearing Gold Plated Jewelry without removing it, it's best to buy really good quality so that do not fade easily as plating finishes may wear off by direct contact with the skin if wearing it for a prolonged time.
Custom Personalized orders are not refundable.
• European Union •
Effective July 1, 2021, EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU. The VAT ranges from 17% to 27% depending on the EU member state, not including any applicable duties or fees.
Please Note: VAT, duties, and fees will be paid during the checkout process, or at some point afterwards. In addition, if VAT is not paid at checkout, these added costs may exceed the merchandise’s value.
• Metals that leave a green color on skin •
This can be a common occurrence for some people, and can happen with ANY metal (even with solid sterling). It does NOT mean the metal is not quality. REFUNDS are only offered for defective, damaged or lost items (upon investigation by the post office). Photos for defective items need to be included for proof.
Lost or really late packages ( 6 weeks) would be liable for Refund, Partial Refund or Replacement after discussion with the customer.
